External publishing permissions

creative:publish can publish content to external platforms. Request it for an explicit user action and explain the destination and content.

The current catalog, client allowed scopes, actual user grant and endpoint requirements determine access. This guide does not promise an automatic review workflow, review SLA or a particular console review screen.

On authorization failure, keep the error reason and request identifier without tokens, then check client allowed scopes. Avoid repeatedly requesting the same failed authorization or bypassing permissions with another credential.
