Application members

Application and organization members

Developer Center provides application member management. Application permissions are separate from organization membership and do not directly grant an OAuth scope.

1. Sign in and open the target application.
2. Open Members and enter an existing user's user_id.
3. Select admin, developer or viewer and add the member.
4. Change a role or remove a member using your existing permissions. Owner cannot be changed through the ordinary role selector.

This flow adds by user_id; it does not send an organization invitation by email. Do not depend on historical descriptions of organization creation, invitation notifications, 90-day audit history or ownership transfer confirmation.

Membership changes, client secret rotation and token revocation are separate operations. Removing a member does not establish immediate revocation of all credentials. See client secret rotation.
